This gentle, hands-on practice helps restore balance and harmony to your overall well-being. Cancellation Policy
All appointments are prepaid to secure your booking. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following cancellation policy applies to all services offered by Abundant Balance Reiki Energy & Sound Healing: 24-HOUR CANCELLATION NOTICE A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your prepayment for that session. NO-SHOW POLICY If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show," and your prepaid session fee will be forfeited. Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled. PREPAID PACKAGES Prepaid packages are subject to the same cancellation terms. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend a scheduled session, that session will be deducted from your package balance. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS I understand that emergencies may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window due to an unforeseen circumstance, please call me at 1 (805) 558.0900 as soon as possible. GROUP EVENTS AND CLASSES Prepayment is required to reserve your spot in group events or classes. Cancellations for group events must also be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the event fee. RESCHEDULING POLICY If you provide notice within 48 hours of your appointment, your prepaid session can be rescheduled without penalty. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in the forfeiture of your prepayment.
